Qualifications

  • Prefer retail supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Team Store and University Store to ensure retail sales floors are properly arranged.
  • Evaluate inventory movement and advise management of recommendations to properly display and move products.
  • Assist with receiving incoming merchandise transfers and verify packing slips for accuracy of received quantities.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy to meet customer needs.
  • Enter new inventory products into NetSuite and ensure margins are correct.
  • Operate the point-of-sale cash register and process cash and non-cash transactions.
  • Monitor the work of lower-level and student employees and report issues to supervisor.
