Job summary

You will partner with the Talent Management team on development plans, ensure compliant recruitment practices, and represent the bank at career fairs across the Northwest footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition or recruiting support.
• Customer service experience 3–5 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the university relations program and related processes.
• Develop partnerships with college career services across campuses.
• Perform full lifecycle recruiting for interns and trainees.
• Coordinate intern and management trainee hiring programs.
• Attend college, university, and community career fairs.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws.
