Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition or recruiting support.
• 3–5 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain college recruitment processes for all areas.
• Build an effective pipeline of talent for management trainee programs.
• Partner with university career services across the footprint.
• Lead full life cycle recruiting for interns and trainees, including postings, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Manage summer internship program and attend college career fairs.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws.
