Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support early career talent programming and lead recruiting to attract top early career talent. You will partner with universities, high schools, and community groups to build a diverse pipeline and manage end-to-end sourcing, selection, and hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business-related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• 1-5 years of experience in talent development activities.
• Knowledge of search strategies inclusive of best-in-class social media platforms.
• Proven knowledge of federal, state and EEO/AAP regulations regarding hiring practices preferred.
• Financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Development Consultant – Early Careers to host internship program activities and development sessions.
• Organize and facilitate development programming for regional high school work study and college practicum programs.
• Support LEAD rotational development programming and coordinate Orr Fellowship development.
• Promote early career development programs via internal and external channels.
• Build and manage a diverse candidate pipeline and end-to-end hiring process for early careers.
