University of Kansas Lawrence campus is seeking student staff for Academic Technology Support Team (ATST). You will assist faculty, staff, and students with classroom technologies, IT training, and AV systems in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with KU community.
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions with light supervision.
• Flexibility to work 10–20 hours per week in semesters and 10–35 hours in summer.

Responsibilities

• Perform classroom checks and preventive maintenance.
• Run troubleshooting calls and assist users with issues.
• Program and install AV equipment and related technologies.
• Monitor events and support special programs.
