Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL is seeking an on-site Data Entry Specialist to maintain the integrity of student records in the university's student information system and support academic scheduling. You will perform routine data entry, meet monthly deadlines, run reports, and collaborate with Academic Advisors, Scheduling Team, and other staff.

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, strong organization, and confidentiality are required.

• Runs reports from the student information system.

Responsabilités

• Maintain integrity of student record data
• Meet monthly deadlines for the following: manage academic information, schedule classes, schedule new students, manage course lesson, attendance and final grade collection
• Create sections of classes offered in the student information system and audit graduation readiness
• Work with Enrollment Team and Scheduling Team to resolve discrepancies and assist other team members
