Job summary

You will collaborate with school leaders and departments to maintain records, monitor data quality, support enrollment and marketing data, and help ensure funding and program integrity across the district.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Enters, verifies, corrects, and audits data; ensures accuracy across SIS and enrollment systems.
• Maintains student records, attendance, and grade reporting; coordinates with CSUSA departments for data integration.
• Manages state reporting, enrollment data, and compliance with FERPA and district requirements.
• Supports marketing and enrollment data reporting and prepares enrollment and reporting outputs.
