Follett is hiring a Campus Store Leader to oversee busy store operations across campus locations in the United States. You will drive sales growth, promote brand standards, and deliver a best-in-class customer service experience.

As a mentor to a diverse team, you will manage schedules, training, and day-to-day operations, while maintaining financial performance and campus relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive retail benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• AnalyticalAbility to interpret financial and store metrics.
• Ability to manage time and organize workload effectively.
• Experience in academic retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and execute promotions and events.
• Supervise and coach team members (FT/PT/seasonal).
• Greet customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory control and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and campus partnerships.
