Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a retail setting preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model Wow customer service on the sales floor.
• Train and oversee daily work of team members in one or more departments.
• Ensure area is merchandised and store is operationally sound.
• Enforce loss prevention procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service to the academic and co-curricular community.
• Spend majority of time on selling floor delivering service and guiding customers.
