Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and influencing a team.
• General computer skills.
• Travel: minimal (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Execute store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Review store financials and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and banking deposits.
• Manage inventory in line with procedures.
• Ensure store areas are neat and organized.
• Handle shipping/receiving responsibilities.
• Set sales floor to visual merch standards.
• Ensure asset security and safety, policy adherence.
• Collaborate with course materials leadership on activities.
• Lead and coach team members; onboarding and scheduling.
• Provide coverage during breaks and peak periods.
• Create engaging customer service culture and solutions-based selling.
• Greet customers, answer phones, resolve escalated issues.
• Drive market growth initiatives and maintain OMS order SLAs.
• Communicate store operations to campus and facilitate events.
