Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store operations to meet objectives during traditional and peak periods.
• Supervise team members (FT/PT and seasonal) and provide coaching.
• Maintain engaging customer service culture and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with campus relations to coordinate events and store activities.
