Job summary

Follett Higher Education is hiring a Campus Store Leader to oversee store operations, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer service. You will mentor the team, manage schedules, and partner with campus leadership to coordinate events and initiatives that grow market presence.

You will ensure adherence to safety, policy, and financial standards while leading a dynamic retail environment across traditional and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent is required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills expected.
• Strong customer service, communication and presentation skills expected.
• Advanced relationship building and influence within a team expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute store plans and daily operations to drive sales.
• Supervise and coach team members, schedule work hours and provide coverage during peak periods.
• Greet customers, answer inquiries by phone or in person, and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with campus to coordinate events and maintain campus relationships.
• Maintain store standards, inventory control and security of assets.
