Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.

• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Lead in-store course materials activities and partnerships with course materials leadership.
• Review store financials with Regional Manager to drive sales and shrink control.
• Manage store markups, markdowns, and write-offs within guidelines.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of associates/customers; comply with policies.
• Develop cross-functional teams and mentor staff for performance.
