Job summary

Follett LLC is hiring a Campus Store Leader to support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager and oversee store operations across campus locations. You will drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence and an engaging customer service experience.

You will mentor and develop team members, monitor store performance and financials, and ensure adherence to company policies. Some travel may be required to support campuses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute store plans and daily operations for both traditional and rush periods.
• Promote sales and events and review store financials with leaders.
• Operate cash registers and store systems and balance cash.
• Maintain inventory control and neat store environment.
• Lead customer service and campus relationship activities.
• Train and coach team members on standards and policies.
• Schedule staff within budget and cover shifts as needed.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate campus events and in-store activities.
• Support general store operations and adhere to policies.
