Responsibilities include capitalizing on promotions, coordinating events, and ensuring health and safety standards. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in retail management needed, with travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute operating plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Lead in-store course materials activities and promotions.
• Review store financials with Regional Manager to drive sales and manage shrink.
• Ensure security of assets and safety compliance.
• Foster campus relationships and engage with events and committees.
• Develop cross-functional teams and coach staff for results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions-based selling.
