Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Leader for the Central Virginia Community College Bookstore. The role drives sales, leads a team, and ensures exceptional customer service while upholding Follett values and store standards.

The position requires managing store operations, coaching staff, and collaborating with campus partners to deliver an engaging customer experience. Travel is minimal and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to influence and lead a team in a store environment.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through store plans, promotions, and events.
• Supervise and train FT/PT and seasonal team members.
• Partner with campus to communicate store operations and activities.
• Maintain service levels and customer experience, including handling escalations.
• Support course materials activities and inventory control.
