Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales promotions and events to drive sales.
• Review store financials with leadership to recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems while ensuring safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and keep store neat and organized.
• Supervise and train team members, onboarding and scheduling within budget.
• Foster an engaging customer service culture and resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate campus relationships and events.
