Job summary

Follett Campus Store Leader in the United States oversees store operations and drives sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. You will mentor team members, manage daily activities, and collaborate with a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager to ensure brand and operational excellence across campus locations.

Pay rate $15.00-$18.28 per hour. Follett offers full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, vacation, holidays, and a quarterly bonus

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience; retail/academic retail experience a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales promotions and events to drive store performance.
• Review store financials with leadership and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Operate cash registers and store systems; handle cash securely.
• Maintain inventory control and orderly store environment.
• Ensure store assets security and policy adherence; set visual merchandising standards.
• Support course materials activities in collaboration with leadership.
