Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Leader to join our team in Biddeford, ME. You will support store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an engaging customer service experience across campus stores and virtual channels.

You will mentor team members, manage scheduling, and partner with leadership to monitor financials and achieve targets while upholding Follett values and a drug-free workplace policy.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Travel: minimal (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through promotions, events, and store initiatives.
• Review store financials with leadership and recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandise standards.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate campus events and maintain campus relationships.
