Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience with managing business operations.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, developing, motivating, and managing diverse teams.
• Experience with retail operations including merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations on the sales floor with a customer-first culture.
• Drive sales growth and manage financial performance and controllable expenses.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop store team members; foster accountability and high performance.
• Build strong relationships with students, faculty, administrators, clients, and corporate partners to strengthen campus store role.
