• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

• Lead daily store operations on the sales floor with a customer-first culture.
• Own store performance by driving sales, managing expenses and analyzing trends.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop store team members.
