Barnes & Noble College is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the campus store with the Store Manager. You will develop teams, manage operations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across departments.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, analyze business trends, oversee merchandising and inventory, and foster campus relationships to support student success and store performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory and customer service.
• Proficiency with POS systems and office software.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
