Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
• Basic reading, writing and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store or General Manager in daily store operations.
• Supervise employees and direct work activities.
• Provide outstanding customer service to the academic community.
• Help meet or exceed sales goals and identify business opportunities.
• Train, direct, and coach team members to enhance product programs.
• Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid.
