Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the campus store, partnering with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional retail experience and support the campus community. You will develop teams, drive operations, manage merchandising, inventory and customer service, and build relationships with campus partners.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience including leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
