Job summary

International Leadership of Texas is seeking a dedicated Special Education administrator to coordinate campus services and oversee ARD processes for students with disabilities. You will partner with teachers and families to implement IEPs and ensure compliant programming.

The role requires extensive knowledge of ARD procedures, IEP goals, and curriculum adaptation, with a focus on student growth and inclusive practice across grade levels K-8.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Texas Special Education teaching certification required.
• Valid Texas certification for grade K-8 or related program.

Responsibilities

• Develop IEPs through ARD Committee for each student assigned.
• Coordinate campus Special Education services and program development.
• Assist teachers in performing duties related to students with disabilities.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district policies on special education.
• Lead ARD meetings and monitor student progress and outcomes.
