Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools seeks an ARD Facilitator to support special populations by guiding IEP development, 504 plans, and compliance with IDEA and Texas law. You'll partner with campus teams to ensure high-quality, individualized programs that help students thrive.

Under the Director of ARD Facilitation, you will schedule meetings, monitor timelines, and coach school staff on MTSS, 504, and special education procedures across the network, promoting collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with credentials in Special Education.
• Experience with ARD, IEPs, and 504 plans in a school setting.
• Knowledge of IDEA, 504, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate ARD meetings and notify parents.
• Develop and monitor IEPs and 504 plans for students.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state timelines and regulations.
• Coach school staff on MTSS, 504, and special education processes.
• Collaborate with campus teams to improve program quality.
