KIPP Texas Public Schools in Texas seeks an ARD Facilitator to lead and coordinate Special Education processes, develop IEPs and 504 plans, and ensure district compliance with IDEA and state regulations. The role partners with campus teams to deliver inclusive, high-quality services for students with diverse learning needs.

You will support ARD meetings, maintain documentation, train staff, and monitor timelines, while upholding rigorous standards and a collaborative culture across the network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Special Education Certification.
• Satisfactory outcome background check.
• 3+ years experience teaching with a focus on special education services.
• Knowledge of 504, and the 13 eligibility categories under IDEA.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules ARD meetings and notifies parents, ensuring timely communication.
• Ensures timelines are met for ARD meetings and required assessments.
• Writes and monitors ARD paperwork and submits by due date.
• Completes documentation and reports for the department by due dates.
• Completes ARD supplements and collects data (IEP, BIP, ESY, etc.).
• Participates in IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss progress.
• Maintains communication between special and general education personnel.
