Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lessons using appropriate instructional methods and materials.
• Ensure that all learners have access to grade-level curriculum.
• Plan and use instructional strategies aligned with guidelines and TEA policies.
• Assess student learning and plan intervention strategies.
• Prepare ARD/IEP documents and participate in ARD meetings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curricula for IEP needs.
• Supervise instructional aide(s) and oversee assigned duties.
• Establish professional communication with parents and staff.
• Participate in staff development activities and faculty meetings.
