Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in a paratransit or shuttle ops environment.
• Scheduling and personnel management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with contractual obligations relevant to this role.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily university shuttle operations and ensure on-time performance.
• Provide direction to assigned operating locations and support teams.
• Manage call center functions and customer relations activities.
• Identify, train, and mentor location staff.
• Communicate effectively with location staff and support teams.
• Assist in safety, training programs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain client contact to meet or exceed expectations.
• Contribute to audits and monitor operational metrics.
