Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking a Commercial Shuttle Driver/Manager to oversee passenger transport between designated locations, ensuring safety and timely service. The role emphasizes accountability, strong communication, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle checks, route planning, assisting passengers with luggage, and coordinating with dispatchers to ensure smooth shuttle operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience driving a vehicle.
• Clean driving record and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer oriented demeanor.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Arrive at each pick-up location in a timely manner.
• Safely and responsibly operate shuttle vehicles following all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and daily activities.
• Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo at all times.
• Maintain a safe and clean shuttle by performing daily inspections and cleaning as needed.
• Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the shuttle.
• Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while driving.
• Keep track of daily routes and schedules.
• Foster teamwork and respect among drivers and colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service and address passenger questions.
