Job summary

A leading mobility solutions provider is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee driver supervision and logistics operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills and at least 3 years of operations management experience. Responsibilities include hiring/training staff, ensuring service adequacy, and analyzing ridership data. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of drivers and implement SOPs.
• Ensure bus routes adequately service client’s needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate them to the team.
• Hire, train, and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership numbers and suggest route changes.

Skills

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills

Self-motivated with problem-solving ability

Knowledge of DMV policies and procedures

Understanding of DOT compliance

Licensed Class B driver (preferred)

Education

3+ years' experience in Operations Management
