Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to protect a high profile client’s facility and campus during the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. The role requires 3–5 years of security experience and a valid driver’s license, with responsibilities including post orders, staff direction, and site safety.

You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance, maintain contract standards, and contribute to productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current and valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year verifiable security experience.
• Two (2) years of verifiable work experience with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written/verbal orders and prepare clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and performance.
• Cross-train officers to increase versatility and efficiency.
• Suggest productivity and cost reduction improvements to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure contract required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or within designated levels.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Prepare and review incident reports and assist in security surveys.
• Perform related operations and payroll tasks as needed.
