Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatches security personnel.
• Operates CAD, radio, phone, video management, and access-control systems; maintains accurate records.
• Maintains situational awareness and coordinates with external agencies as needed.
• Monitors and documents incidents, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to procedures.
• Performs required documentation and ensures proper records retention and security of sensitive information.
