• Associate degree required.
• Two years of related recruitment experience; equivalent combination considered.
• Ability to travel for recruitment activities and work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implements recruitment and outreach strategies aligned with enrollment goals.
• Represents the College at schools, college fairs, and recruitment events.
• Conducts presentations, information sessions, campus tours, and events for prospective students and families.
• Builds relationships with prospective students and community organizations to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
• Tracks prospective students and coordinates follow-up through multiple channels.
• Coordinates the Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, scheduling, and tours.
• Monitors recruitment data and prepares reports to evaluate outcomes and identify trends.
• Collaborates with departments to coordinate recruitment initiatives and provide enrollment support.
