Responsibilities

Implements recruitment and outreach strategies aligned with enrollment goals.
Represents the College at schools, college fairs, and recruitment events.
Conducts presentations, information sessions, campus tours, and events for prospective students and families.
Builds relationships with prospective students and community organizations to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
Tracks prospective students and coordinates follow-up through multiple channels.
Coordinates the Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, scheduling, and tours.
Monitors recruitment data and prepares reports to evaluate outcomes and identify trends.
Collaborates with departments to coordinate recruitment initiatives and provide enrollment support.
