Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to build and scale an early talent pipeline across campuses, trades schools, and community programs. You will serve as a brand ambassador, forge partnerships, and support internship experiences that align with business growth objectives.

The role covers campus recruiting, relationship management, and strategic talent initiatives with travel across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of recruiting, campus recruiting, sales, relationship management, or business development experience preferred.
• Experience building partnerships and engaging with schools, community organizations, or workforce programs strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned geographic territories.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize colleges, universities, trade schools, and workforce development programs within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with career services teams, faculty, student organizations, coaches, and campus leadership.
• Develop scalable campus recruiting strategies for internship and entry-level pipelines.
• Partner with internal leaders to create internship and early talent experiences that align with business needs.
• Coordinate and support internship recruiting cycles, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
• Track and report campus recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and partnership effectiveness.
