Job summary

REGENT is seeking a Talent Programs Coordinator to help build and run the programs that bring great people into the company. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, candidate experience, and early‑career talent programs.

You’ll keep interviews moving across a fast‑growing organization, from university relationships to intern recruiting and pipelines. You’ll own logistics for joining REGENT, including candidate travel and relocation, and coordinate recruiting events where we

• Experience in recruiting coordination or talent programs.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines.
• Candidate-focused approach to process and experience.
• Interest in turning ideas into repeatable programs.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Reliable ownership and follow-through on tasks.
• Comfort using ATS and data to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Keep interview scheduling and coordination across teams aligned.
• Coordinate candidate communications, travel, onsite logistics, and interview-day details.
• Build and run a year-round campus recruiting program with university partners.
• Manage intern and early-career program logistics, applications, and offers.
• Plan and run career fairs, campus visits, and other recruiting events.
• Coordinate relocation logistics and resources for new hires.
• Improve workflows, templates, and documentation for recruiting.
• Track data and help leadership understand what’s working.
