Job summary

Inclusively is partnering with a global professional services company to hire a campus recruiter. This role focuses on university partnerships, event execution, and building an early‑talent pipeline that aligns with business demand.

You will manage candidate journeys end‑to‑end, coordinate interview days, and coach candidates on available opportunities. Some travel and flexible hours during peak Fall recruiting are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CTS/ATS and sourcing.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as campus relationship manager for assigned universities and point of contact for metro office recruiting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies for business demand.
• Manage candidate management systems (e.g., Workday, HiredScore) to ensure tracking and data integrity.
• Plan and execute summer analyst programming and candidate engagement events.
