Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking a Campus Recruiter to support campus outreach, early-career recruiting, and intern program coordination. This role involves high-volume phone screens, school outreach, and event coordination for interns. It is primarily remote with occasional onsite presence in New York City.

Ideal candidates will have campus recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Local candidates within commuting distance of NYC are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in campus recruiting or HR programme administration.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Experience supporting campus events, internship programmes, or employee programmes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting needs and conduct first-round phone screens for high-volume positions.
• Conduct outreach to colleges, universities, and relevant organisations.
• Coordinate employee participation in campus and recruiting events.
• Create and maintain school and organisational contact lists.
• Track and process recruiting-event expenses.
• Support spring campus recruiting initiatives.
• Create newsletters, questionnaires, and other communications for incoming interns.
• Maintain programme distribution lists and contact sheets.
• Create and manage calendar invitations for summer programming.
• Coordinate invitations for interns, managers, and mentors.
• Reserve conference rooms and coordinate programme logistics.
• Create and update intern profile presentations and related programme materials.
