Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Campus & Professional Recruiter (Contract) to lead U.S. campus recruiting and support AMG hiring. The role blends program ownership with hands-on recruiting, building relationships with colleges, students and internal leaders to drive placements.

You will develop campus plans for the Midwest, manage searches from intake to hire, and partner with HR and AMG leaders to prioritize roles while maintaining regular pipeline updates.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of end-to-end recruiting experience including sourcing, assessing and managing candidates.
• Experience with early talent / university recruiting.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with on-site days and travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a campus recruiting strategy for Cincinnati and Midwest schools.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for early talent and AMG roles.
• Run campus recruiting activities: Handshake, career fairs and info sessions.
• Guide candidates from initial contact to offer and maintain ATS accuracy.
• Coordinate on-site interview days at Mason, Ohio and assist managers.
