THE TEAM in Boston seeks an Associate Manager, Recruiting to source top-tier college students for ambassador programs across the United States and Canada. This entry-level, fixed-term role runs through October 30, 2026, with a strong chance of extension.

You’ll create campus recruiting strategies, build relationships with career centers and student groups, and manage candidate pipelines using Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and FormAssembly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition or related experience.
• Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage data and multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce or FormAssembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and lead campus recruiting strategies nationwide.
• Develop relationships with campus contacts, career centers and student orgs.
• Maintain talent pools and secure candidates for programs.
• Leverage sourcing methods including research, networking and events.
• Collaborate with Client Services to support recruitment across programs.
• Track recruiting activity in Salesforce and ensure accurate records.
• Support daily workflow and contribute to cost-effective program execution.
• Measure tactics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Research higher ed trends and relevant contacts.
• Contribute to agency culture and team initiatives.
