Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Associate Manager, Recruiting to source top-tier college students for student ambassador programs across the United States and Canada. This entry-level role is fixed-term through Oct 30, 2026 with potential extension, and follows a hybrid in-office schedule (3 days per week).

You’ll build campus relationships, manage candidate pipelines, and track activities in Salesforce while supporting multiple client programs and roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce and FormAssembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and lead campus recruiting strategies nationwide.
• Develop relationships with campus contacts and career centers.
• Build candidate pools and address program needs.
• Leverage sourcing methods including networking and events.
• Collaborate with Client Services to support recruitment processes.
• Track activity in Salesforce and maintain records.
