Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an internal Campus Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting team in New York City. This role focuses on recruiting entry-level hires on college campuses in the assigned region, with significant travel during peak on-campus recruiting seasons.

The successful candidate will be resourceful with initiative and a fantastic judge of character, building strong relationships with campus services, athletics, and student groups to add top talent to Beacon Hill teams.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying early talent on campus and matching to internal teams.
• Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and judgment of character.
• Excellent relationship-building with campus partners and students.
• Willingness to travel regionally for career fairs and events.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage campus recruitment at 10-14 colleges during Fall and Spring.
• Travel regionally within NY/CT/NJ during peak fair season.
• Plan and coordinate job fair registration and travel logistics.
• Source candidates pre-fair using Handshake and LinkedIn.
• Attend job fairs and represent Beacon Hill with enthusiasm.
• Prepare campus ambassadors to attend job fairs and represent BH.
