We are looking for an Associate Manager, Recruiting to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. In this entry level position, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier college students to participate in our student ambassador programs across the United States and Canada. This is a fixed-term role through October 30, 2026 with a strong likelihood of extension based on business needs and performance.
Base salary range: $45,000 - $50,000. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
