Base pay range
$105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to design and execute effective campus recruiting strategies.
Manage all aspects of internship recruiting, from sourcing and candidate assessment to interview coordination and offer extension.
Build and maintain relationships with career services offices, student organizations, and prospective candidates.
Coordinate logistics and represent the firm at campus events, information sessions, and networking programs (travel required).
Support internship program activities, including training sessions, networking opportunities, and day-to-day management.
Provide seamless support for lateral recruiting, including sourcing, scheduling, and candidate communications.
Own the planning and execution of interview “superdays,” including scheduling, candidate hosting, and logistics.
Maintain recruiting systems and ensure accurate candidate data, interview feedback, and reporting.
Process reimbursements, vendor invoices, and related recruiting expenses.
Contribute to HR projects and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting practices and technology.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment.
