Job summary

Inclusively is partnering with a global professional services company to hire a Recruiting Specialist. The role focuses on campus partnerships, stakeholder collaboration, and inclusive recruiting practices to meet business needs.

The Recruiting Specialist will manage full lifecycle recruiting across multiple teams, leverage Workday and ATS tools, and engage universities to build a robust early-talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as campus relationship manager for universities and metro offices.
• Partner with on-campus teams to support events, candidate relationships and brand.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies for demand.
• Manage end-to-end candidate journey: communicate status, extend offers, schedule starts.
• Plan sourcing events and interview days; build early talent pipelines.
• Review resumes and provide feedback for offers; monitor demand and metrics.
• Ensure data integrity in candidate systems and Workday workflows.
