Progressive in Cleveland, OH seeks a Senior Campus Recruiter to partner with leaders to attract and hire top early‑career talent across internships and full‑time roles. You’ll develop campus recruiting strategies, manage a calendar of on‑campus and virtual events, and travel to maximize engagement with students and universities.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of related professional experience in talent acquisition, HR, or business operations leadership including hiring/interviewing
• Bachelor's degree or higher and 4+ years of related experience in TA/HR or functional HR

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract early career talent
• Manage on-campus and virtual event calendar
• Travel (including overnights) to engage with students, faculty and diversity groups
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with university partners and career services teams
