Job summary

Charta Health is actively seeking a campus recruiter to own our intern and new-grad programs in the United States. You will build and run target-school strategies, sourcing streams, and referral networks to identify exceptional early-career talent for technical roles.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration in a fast-growing startup environment. Experience with ATS is required; familiarity with Ashby is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong campus recruiting experience across interns and new grads, preferably for technical talent.
• Excellent talent judgment beyond name or resume polish.
• Ability to handle ambiguity in a hypergrowth environment; ATS experience required; Ashby a plus.
