Job summary
Charta Health is seeking a results-driven recruiter to own full-cycle, software engineering and product searches in a fast-growing healthcare tech startup. You will build pipelines from scratch, source top passive talent, and close exceptional candidates while partnering with engineering and product leaders.

Qualifications
- Proven success in closing difficult, high-bar candidates.
- Deep technical recruiting across software engineering or product engineering.
- Agency or executive-search experience strongly preferred.
- Expert-level sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and advanced search techniques.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Build pipelines from scratch with target markets, sourcing strategies, and hires.
- Find passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing tools.
- Develop the technical fluency to recognize exceptional candidates beyond titles or logos.
- Write outreach that gets responses and close candidates.
