Charta Health is seeking a campus recruiting lead to own the internship and new graduate hiring pipeline. You will design and execute target-school strategies, build campus partnerships, and manage high-volume screening to select top early-career talent.

You will collaborate with Engineering and HR to align on what great looks like for campus hires, coordinate logistics for fairs and interviews, and guide candidates from first touch through offers in a fast-growing tech startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting campus or early-career tech talent.
• Sharp talent judgment beyond resume polish.
• Self-starter capable of building a program.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and campus platforms.
• Excellent organization to manage events and pipelines.
• Strong relationships with students and universities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience with ATS; Ashby preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own campus and early-career recruiting across interns and new grads.
• Build target-school strategies and identify exceptional students.
• Find relevant career fairs, recruiting events, and student conferences; register and attend.
• Build relationships with universities, professors, student organizations, and technical communities.
• Review large volumes of applicants while maintaining a high bar.
• Partner with Engineering to calibrate what great looks like for early-career talent.
• Own candidate relationships from first touch through offer.
• Track schools, events, and sourcing channels to optimize campus strategy.
