Responsibilities

• Source and engage external candidates for niche profiles.
• Manage end-to-end interview process for high-volume requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers from opening to offer.
• Maintain candidate relationships and provide updates.
• Extend offers and track decisions.
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment verifications.
• Support onboarding activities and orientation.
• Track KPIs like offers per month and acceptance rates.
• Collaborate with recruiting and talent acquisition teams during peak cycles.
